The location is excellent, just a short walk from a beautiful city gate, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying an interesting area, close enough to stores. Its location in the middle of the city was excellent. Found a place called Palais Batha Restaurant, set minutes from the property, ate there a few times👌👌😃

Very clean riad in the center of Medina with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The room was stunning and had a heater, and the breakfast was delicious. The receptionist Abdul personally met me at the gate and provided helpful local insights.

The manager at Riad Sanaa Rose was incredibly kind and accommodating. When my husband fell ill during our stay, he went out of his way to take care of him, making drinks, cooking rice, and providing medicine. The manager and his wife truly showed genuine concern and hospitality. The location of the riad was perfect, right in the heart of the Medina. The rooftop terrace offered a superb view and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and beautiful amenities.
